Learn how to prepare the right way

As most of us realize, simply practicing more and more questions is not the way to get that high GMAT score.

You’ve watched your friends and peers get great scores in what might seem like no time at all.

There is just one small problem – for some unknown reason you are not able to get that high score despite putting in some serious effort.

So you do what most test takers do: you practice more questions.

You go through multiple Official Guides, Quant and Verbal Review books, and perhaps even various non-official sources.

Maybe you even join a course or two, go through YouTube videos, or go through books.

Just that, the hundreds of hours you invest in preparation do not even get you close to the kind of scores you expected.

But never mind – there is still time.

And if you keep practicing more questions and revising concepts, the GMAT adaptive algorithm will work in your favour eventually, right?

Well, not really.

Because, you see …

Putting in efforts without a clear understanding of what exactly you need to work on to improve will not get you the results you desire.

And what's worse ...

You interpret this “inability” to get a high GMAT score to mean a lot more.

You start visualizing a stand-still career path.

You start questioning your smartness in all walks of life.

You put everything else in your life on-hold.

What if there was a more effective way to prepare for the GMAT?

Good news! There is.

And it all starts with realizing that
GMAT is a test of skills.

GMAT is not a mathematics and English language test.

GMAT is a test for admissions into a management program. Think about it, if you were in-charge of deciding how to select individuals for a certain program, wouldn’t you, in your selection process, only include those items that you believe would help you make the right selections for the program? Why would the GMAT be any different?

GMAT evaluates the skills that the makers of the GMAT and admission committees of B-schools believe are required to do well during and beyond an MBA. It is these skills that are tested on the GMAT. Math and English are simply means to evaluate those skills.

Thus, if your preparation is not helping you build those skills, you are working against the tide and you face an uphill challenge.

Instead, if your preparation is helping you build the core skills that the test evaluates, you would feel more comfortable as you progress, and you will not see GMAT as a black box in which you do not understand how things work. You will start feeling good about your prep and noticing improvement even without the need of scores and answer sheets.

Even better?

You’d start seeing an increase in speed, accuracy, and all the nice things related with the GMAT.

So who am I to be telling you all this?

Hi, I am Anish Passi I’m a GMAT private coach based in Delhi, India although my students are international.

Teaching has been a big part of my life. From teaching programming and Math courses as a Teaching Assistant during my undergrad years at McMaster University, Canada, to taking CAT classes, part-time, while pursing my MBA at IIM Ahemdabad, teaching has always been a passion.

“The GMAT is not an evaluation of innate qualities that remain the same, rather, it is an evaluation of abilities that can be developed and honed” – Anish

I have spent many years interacting with other GMAT instructors, critiquing and developing GMAT content, and, most importantly, working with many GMAT students. I understand this test, and what it takes to succeed on it.

GMAT BLUEPRINT is a Live Online 16-sessions intensive workshop to help GMAT learners establish a strong foundation and understand the right way to prepare for the test.

If you put in the efforts that this workshop would demand of you, you will find an invigorated clarity about how to prepare for the GMAT, and you will understand intrinsically when you are improving.

Give me 18 days, I’ll take you from an unclear, unstructured aspirant to a confident learner.

Here’s what you’ll learn inside the GMAT Blueprint

2 Batches

7th – 24th May
7:00 – 9:00 PM IST (UTC+05:30)

14th – 31st May
7:00 – 9:00 AM IST (UTC+05:30)

Reading and Reasoning skills

In this section we will discuss the way of reading needed for the GMAT, and we will implement that way in CR, RC and SC questions.

Module 1: Critical Reasoning Intensive

We’ll work upon the core skills that are tested on the Critical Reasoning. I will help you develop those skills, and we will implement those skills to tackle 700-level official CR questions.

We’ll cover an approach to practice in order to improve your skills.

Module 2: Reading Comprehension Blueprint

In this module we’ll use a 700-level RC passage to understand how to go about reading a passage, and understanding its reasoning structure. We’ll also cover how to answer RC questions – including inference and main-point questions.

Module 3: Sentence Correction Blueprint

Through the Sentence Correct module you’d get a clear understanding of what approach to follow to answer an SC question. You’d understand how to decipher the meaning of a sentence, and how to go about the answer choices.

The module will not cover grammar rules in depth.

Skill 1: The layer of logic

In the subsequent quant topics, we will understand logically what each of these topics mean, and will try to add a logical approach to solving questions.

Skill 2: Physical Entities, not Mathematical variables

In the quant topics, we will also discuss how to deal with quantities as physical entities that we can visualize and understand, and not simply as mathematical variables that we need to use to solve.

Skill 3: We will see that the skill of reading continues to serve an extremely important role in the Quant section as well.

Module 4: Mixtures and Weighted Average Blueprint

We’ll introduce something that I call the “layer of logic“, and we will see it in action on mixtures and average related official questions.

Module 5: Time, Speed, Distance + Work

We continue to apply the “layer of logic“. I’ll also showcase how one of the core skills from the verbal section continues to play a major role in Quant as well. We’ll see the skill in action, and dive deeper into what exactly the quant section tests.

Module 6: Data Sufficiency

We’ll cover a sure-shot approach to solving DS questions. I will share a structured approach that will help you avoid careless errors and oversights. We’ll implement it all on 700-level DS questions.

Module 7: Counting and Probability

While we may call it permutations and combinations, at the heart of it all is simply counting.

We’ll take a deep look at counting and probability and we will relate these mathematical concepts with our daily activities to understand these concepts at a more fundamental level.

I have some pretty awesome bonuses for you as well!

Got a question? Your answer may well be in the FAQ's below ...

The GMAT BLUEPRINT is comprised of 16 LIVE interactive web-conference sessions and a series of companion drills and homework exercises, all of which would reside in a secure online classroom. You can access the course from a desktop computer or any mobile device making it easy to consume content whenever and wherever you choose.

I am starting two batches:

7th May – 24th May 7:00 – 9:00 PM IST (UTC + 05:30)
14th May – 31st May 7:00 – 9:00 AM IST (UTC + 05:30)

There will be 16 contact sessions (2 hours each) with 2 break days in between.

The two break days will have office hours (7:00 – 8:00) which you can use to clarify any unclear aspects.

Just the start date and timings. The content will be identical.

The course will act as a framework for you to understand the skills that the GMAT tests, and help you build those abilities. You will be able to use this course along with your own preparation to master the GMAT.

The workshop will be interactive, so test your mics and cameras.

In a word: no.

There are a lot of grammar rules and mathematical concepts required for the GMAT. So, while many of you might already be familiar with those concepts from before, getting into those aspects is outside the scope of this workshop.

This is a foundational-skills-focussed course. Do not confuse ‘foundation’ with ‘for beginners’, though. Even learners who have been preparing for the GMAT for months often have a weak foundation.

This workshop will enable you to build a strong foundation and give you the right direction to prepare for the GMAT.

For any learner just starting their GMAT journey, and anyone who is unsure about how to further improve.
We’ll all be there to learn. The questions you’d have, many others would have also. So, interaction helps everyone. Plus, it helps keep the sessions lively. I like my sessions interactive. That way I can ask questions based on your answers to help develop your understanding. If you would like to be a silent participant, I will respect that. But, I do recommend that you participate to maximize your learning.
I will work on the foundation in a way that I believe will help you get a high score. I do not cover tricks and hacks. If you are looking for a short-cut to get a good score without putting in the effort, this would not be a good fit. Apart from that, if you’re willing to learn, no matter where you are in your GMAT prep journey, the workshop will help.

I recommend that you:
1. Revise each session
2. Do the drills associated with each lesson.
3. Do all the pre-work and post-work for each session.

Doing these activities could take you anywhere from 1 – 3 every day.

Perfect! That means you don’t have years of bad habits we need to undo. If you’re just starting out this is a great opportunity to build a clean foundation from the get-go.

GMAT Blueprint is a foundations-building course that will set you on the right path of how to prepare. It is created with the objective to set you on the right path of preparation. One of the most common reasons I observe why test-takers do not get their desired scores is because they are not preparing the right way. Test takers do not understand the true aspects that the GMAT tests, and thus do not prepare to work on the core-skills that are evaluated on the GMAT. GMAT Blueprint is designed to make you aware of those aspects, get you initiated towards how to work on this aspects, and equip you to continue working on them even after the course ends.

GMAT Intensive is a more comprehensive course – 16 v/s 31 sessions.

Both courses are skills-focused, and are based on the same key principles.

When it comes down to it, the question of whether the GMAT BLUEPRINT is worth the investment is really up to you.

Of course, you can find heaps of advice online for free, but in reality, you’re probably already wasting hours searching for answers to simple questions, only to wind up feeling none the wiser.

Alternatively, you can make a one-time investment in the GMAT BLUEPRINT and receive access to a course that promises to help you prepare for the GMAT in a way that is logical, measurable and enjoyable.

The bottom line?

When you join this course, you’re investing in more than just an online program – you’re investing in yourself and your future.

Good question. I’ve been doing this since 2012 and have trained thousands of students who have achieved great results.

You can go through verified reviews that Anish has received on Google and LinkedIn to see what his past students have to say. In the last workshop that Anish conducted, he received a 9.3 rating from the batch. Plus, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 5 days, so you have nothing to lose.

The simple answer? You don’t. I don’t either.

The truth is, I have no idea what you do when we’re not in the session, or how good you are at following instructions and executing new ideas.

All I can do is point you to our testimonials so you can see what happens when people who were once in the position you’re in now commit to following our process and take action.

When you see something that you know you need, it’s easy to think to yourself “I’ll put this off until a “better” time. The only trouble is, no such time exists, and before you know it, you’ve wasted weeks you could have used to improve your GMAT standing, and you’re still frustrated and dissatisfied.

Part of my role as an educator is to hold you to the same high standards that I hold for myself and encourage you to take decisive actions.

That’s why I only offer the GMAT BLUEPRINT for a short period — to help you quickly decide whether it’s the right option for you, so you don’t waste time procrastinating or avoid making a decision.

And, don’t forget. The course is currently offered at a pre-launch fee. The fee is bound to go up in the future.

Payment can be made through credit or debit cards, netbanking and various wallets.

International students can pay through Paypal.

Once you register, you’ll get access to the GMAT Blueprint course which will have all relevant details.

We’re pretty sure that once you step inside The GMAT Blueprint and get a taste of preparing for the GMAT in a logical manner, you won’t want to leave.

That said, if within the first 3 days of working through the program you’re dissatisfied for any reason, we’ll gladly refund your full investment. You simply should have attended all the live sessions until then.

For a course starting on the 1st April, you may avail a refund until 4th April, 12 noon IST.
